How often should a purifier be serviced?
Every 6 months is a good rule. Sediment and carbon filters usually need changing every 6 to 12 months, and the RO membrane every 1 to 2 years, sooner with hard borewell water.
What happens at a service?
The technician checks the water quality (TDS) before and after, cleans the tank, replaces worn filters and checks for leaks. You are told what needs replacing and the cost before any part is fitted.
Can you move my purifier to a new home?
Yes. The technician uninstalls it at your old home and installs it at the new one, with new fittings where needed.
Do you provide water purifier service across Bangalore?
Yes, all over Bangalore. Verified local partners cover every part of the city, and we are coming soon to Chennai, Kerala, Hyderabad and Mumbai / Pune.
Is the site visit really free?
Yes. The supplier you shortlist visits, measures and confirms the final price at no cost. You only pay once you accept the confirmed price.
