How does a tank controller work?
Sensors in your sump and overhead tank tell the controller the water level. It starts the pump when the tank runs low and stops it when the tank is full, and it will not run the pump when the sump is dry.
Do I need a pressure pump?
If the showers on your top floor run weakly, a pressure pump fitted after the overhead tank gives every tap a steady flow. The technician checks your pipe sizes and suggests the right pump.
Can you repair or replace an old pump?
Yes. The technician checks the pump, starter and wiring, then tells you whether it can be repaired or should be replaced, before any work starts.
