What is the difference between comprehensive and non-comprehensive AMC?
A comprehensive AMC covers servicing and most spare parts for a yearly fee. A non-comprehensive AMC covers servicing visits only, and parts are charged when replaced. Your partner lists what each one includes.
What happens at a service visit?
The technician checks the doors, brakes, ropes, controller and safety devices, lubricates moving parts and records the visit in the lift log book.
Do you service all lift brands?
Our partners service most brands. Tell us the make and age of your lift when you enquire, and we match you with a partner who works on it.
Do you provide lift maintenance across Bangalore?
Yes, all over Bangalore. Verified local partners cover every part of the city, and we are coming soon to Chennai, Kerala, Hyderabad and Mumbai / Pune.
Is the site visit really free?
Yes. The supplier you shortlist visits, measures and confirms the final price at no cost. You only pay once you accept the confirmed price.
How are suppliers verified?
Every partner is checked for GST registration, business address, past work photos and customer references before they take on any work. Partners with poor ratings are removed.
