My geyser is slow to heat. Why?
Usually scale on the heating element from hard water, or a faulty thermostat. Descaling or replacing the element fixes most cases.
How often should a geyser be serviced?
Once a year. The technician descales the tank and element, checks the anode rod, thermostat and safety valve, and looks for leaks.
Can a gas geyser go in the bathroom?
Only where there is good ventilation to the outside, because a gas geyser burns gas to heat water. The technician checks this before installing.
