How much does a balcony grill cost?
It depends on material, design and area. A 120 sq.ft steel balcony grill is typically priced around ₹18,000 – ₹22,000. After the free site visit you get an itemised price, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
How is an MS grill made and fitted?
The fabricator measures every opening, agrees the design and bar size with you, then cuts and welds the grill in the workshop. It gets a coat of primer against rust and a finish coat of enamel paint or powder coating, and is fixed into the wall or window frame with anchor fasteners or grouting.
How long does it take?
Measurement is usually within 48 hours of your enquiry, fabrication takes 3 to 5 days, and most homes are fitted in a single day.
Which material should I choose: MS, SS or aluminium?
Mild steel (MS) is the most economical and strong, but needs a good powder coat. SS 304 does not rust and suits coastal or high-humidity areas. Aluminium is light and corrosion-free but best for low-load areas. Invisible grills use SS 316 cables.
